Story

When an 8-year-old girl goes missing in Caddo Lake, a string of past deaths and disappearances begin to connect, changing the story of a fractured family. There is a wall where Anna's mother says Marshall County, then Harrison County.

Marshall is the county seat of Harrison County, Texas

While the story moves slowly, it is never dull or dreary, the slow flow creates mystery and maybe even a bit of confusion. In the middle, everything starts to negotiate and gets better and better.

It wasn't scary, it was mysterious and more like a thriller

Dylan's acting is top notch and overall the acting was really good. The visual effects were amazing, enough to make the premiere happen in a movie theater.

I doubt they copied anything, but maybe they were based on the previous movie

Overall, if you like detective stories, this is definitely a must watch, very entertaining and enjoyable. The story is really good, and I haven't looked into what people say it's based on, but maybe it's good.
